What you will do
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Manager and handle a queue of service technician leads.
- Engage with customers to understand their requirements, prepare accurate quotations, and secure orders for labour and materials.
- Support the wider sales function by contributing to team targets and overall business goals.
How you will do it
- Make introductory calls to customers to identify needs, build tailored quotes, and close sales.
- Produce accurate quotations using internal pricing tools and systems.
- Liaise with suppliers to gather information, pricing, and product availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service by managing expectations and providing regular updates.
- Make timely follow-up calls to secure orders within set timeframes.
- Complete general administrative tasks as required to support the sales process.
