Role Summary: Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 07:30 to 16:00 Contract: Permanent Location: Mobile across Manchester
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team to maintain some of Manchesters most prestigious residential developments - you will be responsible for the maintenance and care of our clients' outdoor spaces, ensuring they are kept in pristine condition throughout the year.
Your duties will include planting, watering, pruning, weeding, and lawn care.
You will also be expected to liaise with the client advisors on plant selection , garden design, and pest control methods.
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of plants, flowers, and landscaping techniques, as well as a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently is?essential.
Previous experience in gardening or landscaping is required , preferably along with relevant qualifications such as RHS (Royal Horticultural Society) certificates or NVQs in Horticulture.
A clean driving license is desirable.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities: Youll be expected to, amongst other elements of the role: Maintaining and caring for gardens, lawns, and outdoor areas and create a suitable management plan to be implemented.
Planting, pruning, and trimming shrubs, trees, and flowers.
Monitoring and controlling pests and diseases.
Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
Watering plants and ensuring proper irrigation systems.
Installing and maintaining garden structures such as fences, trellises, and pathways.
General grounds maintenance and upkeep to had surfaces, walkways and other high traffic areas.
Operating and maintaining garden equipment and machinery.
Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
This role may be subject to a satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS check).
