You'll be learning directly from experienced recruiters who are consistently closing deals and generating revenue - no layers of management, no passengers. What the Role Looks Like
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to:
- Source and engage top-tier talent across AI and tech startups
- Run candidate outreach and qualification conversations
- Build relationships with founders, hiring managers, and candidates
- Learn how high-growth startups actually hire and scale
- Use AI tools daily to improve speed, output, and quality
- Progress toward running your own 360 recruitment desk
This is a hands-on commercial role, not a support function. You'll be speaking to candidates and clients from early on and learning through doing.
