Salary: £28,412 - £43,000 (with £43,000 being the average OTE including price work and callout)

Location: Covers M15, M16, M31, M32, M33, M41, WA14, WA15 areas

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: 40

Working pattern: Monday to Friday with on-call requirements

Holiday entitlement: 20 + Bank Holidays (increases with service)

About the role

Carry out high-quality gas servicing, ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and fully supported. You'll work independently across your designated area, delivering a professional service while representing our values and commitment to customer care.

What you'll be doing

  • Routine servicing of heating systems across housing association properties
  • Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
  • Carry out compliance checks (e.g., gas safety, electrical testing, equipment inspections) in line with regulatory standards

What we're looking for

  • Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
  • Previous servicing experience across various boilers
  • Valid UK driving licence (essential)
  • Previous practical experience in gas maintenance within a domestic capacity
  • Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
  • A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
