Location: Manchester - M11, M18, M22, M23, M20, M21, M19, M16, M14

Pay: £14.03 per hour plus 30p per mile fuel allowance

Shifts: full-time, part-time, evenings, weekends

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you'll do:

  • Support the delivery of the highest quality care in the community
  • Complete assessments and reviews of individual care services
  • Provide practical supervision, instruction, and support to Care Assistants
  • Work with Care Coordinators to plan effective and realistic care worker rotas
  • Carry out regular needs and risk assessments, including renewed and repeated reviews
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary reviews of service users' needs
  • Shadow new care workers to ensure their competence and confidence
  • Observe and evaluate care worker practice as part of routine supervision or when performance concerns arise
  • Provide personal care with dignity and respect
  • Complete essential administrative tasks linked to care delivery and service quality

Qualifications:

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments for individual service users, either in their own homes or in other settings such as hospitals or residential/nursing homes
  • Working in partnership with service users, their families, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to ensure seamless, holistic care
  • Supporting high-quality care delivery and contributing to safe, person-centred care planning
  • Communicating clearly, professionally, and with compassion when coordinating care and reviewing needs
  • Have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
