Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage asset condition surveys and related projects, ensuring deliverables meet client requirements and deadlines.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing technical and commercial queries.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to negotiate findings and coordinate project outcomes.
Supervise and support team members, mentoring junior colleagues and coordinating project activities.
Oversee project budgets, resources, and programmes to deliver high-quality outcomes within financial and time constraints.
Experience Required Proven experience in estates surveying, asset management, or property consultancy.
Strong project management and client-facing experience.
Competent in IT applications, including MS Office, with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
Previous experience in quantity surveying would be highly advantageous.
