A fast-growing residential property business is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join their marketing team, taking ownership of lead generation across paid and performance channels. This is a genuinely performance-led role. You'll sit at the centre of the marketing function, working closely with an external paid media agency and translating data into decisions the wider team can act on.
The role:
- Manage and optimise lead generation activity across paid search and paid social
- Work closely with the paid media agency, understanding the strategy behind the numbers and challenging it where needed
- Own CRM processes to ensure leads are tracked, nurtured and converted effectively
- Support the website to ensure it's optimised for conversion
- Contribute to SEO performance and visibility
- Manage listings across relevant third-party platforms
- Report on performance regularly, presenting data and insight back to the wider team
What we're looking for:
- A strong, demonstrable understanding of paid media (search and social) is essential, this is the priority skill for the role
- Comfortable working with a media agency, able to speak their language and interrogate their data rather than just receive it
- Confident communicator, happy presenting performance data in meetings
- Broader experience across CRM, website, SEO or listing platforms is a strong advantage
- A commercial, lead-gen mindset, someone who thinks in terms of cost per lead and conversion, not just impressions and clicks
