You will manage a varied caseload of clinical negligence matters, including both pre-issue and issued cases, typically valued up to £100,000 (although more complex cases are available for the right candidate). You must have clinical negligence experience and be able to work for candidates with empathy and understanding. A key and rare opportunity within this role is the chance to work closely with the Head of Department, assisting on high-value and catastrophic injury clinical negligence claims, including birth injury cases.
