About the Role Im recruiting on behalf of an established international logistics provider that is looking for an experienced Freight & Logistics Business Development Manager to drive new business across air, road, and sea freight services.

This is a high-impact commercial role suited to a driven sales professional who excels at winning new accounts and developing long-term, profitable customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities Generate new business across air, road, and sea freight markets.

Drive lead generation through cold outreach, networking, referrals, and market research.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospect through to close.

Develop tailored multimodal freight solutions across air freight, groupage, LTL/FTL, and ocean services .

Work closely with operations, pricing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery and margin growth.
