The role of the Business Development Manager Fire & Security Systems will involve:

  • Field sales role predominantly selling specialist security solutions
  • 80% CCTV focussed, 20% fire alarms, intruder alarms and access control
  • Selling direct to end users within logistics, industrial and commercial sectors
  • New business development role
  • Targeted to achieve £700,000-£800,000
  • Projects from £2,000 for small works up to £400,000 for large projects

Our client is partnered with leading manufacturers such as; Avigilon and Hanwha CCTV, Gent Fire Alarms, Paxton and Gallagher Access Control and Galaxy Intruder Alarms.

Niche offering as our client provides a full turn-key fire & security system.

Leads provided from partnered manufactures, plus a dormant list of customers as well as Glenigan or Barber ABI can be provided.

Ideally utilising your own network of possible contacts within the industry.

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager Fire & Security Systems with:

  • Demonstrable field sales track record with the fire and security industry
  • Experience selling CCTV is ideal but not essential
  • Ideally with a network of contacts with the fire & security marketplace
  • Self-motivated/ very autonomous role
  • New business hunter
  • Exceptional ambition and drive to succeed
  • Specific knowledge of CCTV, intruder alarms, access control, gates and barriers is not essential but may be useful
  • Comfortable promoting a full turn-key security solution
  • Ideally electrical/ engineering qualification or experience previously in a technical role
