Shift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 8:00-16:30, 40 hours per week
Salary: £34,000 per annum
Location: M3 3BG
Key Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation, deputising in their absence and taking ownership of key administrative duties.
Lead, coach and motivate a team of 17, ensuring high standards of service and engagement.
Conduct HR meetings and investigations in line with company policies and procedures.
Utilise Office 365 to manage reporting, communications and operational administration.
Take a hands-on approach across Front and Back of House, supporting service delivery wherever needed.
Support a high-volume catering operation, serving up to 800 customers on peak days, with growth to 3,500 daily customers anticipated.
