An experienced Asset Manager is required to join a leading International Property Management Firm, to be based at their Salford/Manchester office. The Asset Manager will report to the Director and be responsible for the engagement of tenants across multiple UK sites.
This will include:
- Sourcing tenants for properties
- Collaboration with external agencies
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Strategic planning
- Ensuring efficient and timely occupancy of properties
- Oversee the tenant referencing and onboarding process
- Maintain compliance with housing, health, safety and regulatory standards
Experience Required:
- Proven asset management experience within social housing
- Ability to create and deliver successful tenant placement strategies
- Strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of compliance, governance, and health & safety requirements
- Experience managing multiple sites or property portfolios would be advantageous
