What you'll be doing:
- Conducting Red Book valuations on Social Housing stock (existing and new build).
- Valuing Shared Ownership staircasing and re-sales.
- Working with Housing Associations and Local Councils (Manchester CC, Salford, Trafford).
- Producing clear, lender-compliant reports for affordable housing portfolios.
What you need:
- MRICS or AssocRICS qualified (or finalist ready to sit APC in the next 6 months).
- Experience in Residential Valuation (experience in Social Housing is a bonus, but not essential we will train you).
- A full UK driving licence (essential for the car allowance).
- A desire to work ethically and accurately, not just chasing volumes.
The Package:
- Base Salary: £45,000
- £4,500 Car Allowance (paid monthly)

Location: Our head office is in Central Manchester (Spinningfields/Deansgate), but you will be home/field based. You only come into the office for team meetings once a fortnight.
