What you'll be doing day to day:

You’ll work with entrepreneurial clients, providing guidance and support as their trusted advisor. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client relationships
  • Monitoring budgets, time, and expenses
  • Reviewing working papers, accounts, and tax compliance
  • Offering tax, accounting, and commercial advice
  • Resolving accounting and tax issues
  • Ensuring compliance with firm standards
  • Maintaining long-term client relationships through effective communication
  • Discussing significant findings with the engagement Partner
  • Identifying opportunities to offer additional services to clients

About you:

  • ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent) or qualified by experience, with relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of clients and assisting partners in maintaining client relationships
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and tax compliance
  • Proven background supervising a team of accounts staff
  • Organised, accurate, flexible and able to plan use of time efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with both clients, team members and colleagues, with the aptitude to quickly build rapport
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
