We are looking for a solution-oriented all-rounder who, behind the scenes, use their technical expertise and drive to ensure that our resort always shines in the best possible way.
What you can expect Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs throughout the resort and outside area.
Respond to maintenance requests from departments in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.
Perform basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, painting, joinery, and general building maintenance.
Support the Operations Manager with inspections of guest rooms, plant areas, and public spaces.
Help ensure all work is carried out in line with health & safety regulations.
Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance stock levels.
Work with external contractors when required and ensure work areas remain clean and safe.
Help maintain the appearance and functionality of resort facilities to ensure a high standard of guest experience.
What you bring along Previous experience in a maintenance, handyman, or facilities role is preferred.
Basic knowledge of general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, or building repairs.
Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekends if required.
Knowledge of health and safety procedures in a workplace environment.
Permission to live and work in UK.
