Ready to take ownership and help shape the next phase of our growth? We're looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Maidstone branch and play a key role driving our expansion across the South East region.

We're looking for someone who enjoys opening doors, creating opportunities, building client relationships and developing profitable recruitment business. The primary focus of the role is business development, account growth and creating new revenue opportunities across the region, with a particular focus on temporary recruitment.
The role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a significant geographical area, grow existing accounts, win new business and contribute to the future direction of the branch. For the right person, there is genuine scope to develop into a future leadership role as the business scales.
