Our client is looking to expand their Maidstone team and is seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Client training opportunities and invitations to daily upskilling sessions are available from the start, with successful individuals supporting campaigns on behalf of recognised brands and non-profit clients, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in sales, customer engagement and brand representation.

The Role:
You will represent client campaigns face-to-face within residential areas across the Kent area, engaging directly with members of the public. The role focuses on customer engagement, brand awareness and customer acquisition, while delivering a positive and professional experience.

Strong English communication skills.
Confidence engaging with customers in face-to-face environments.

No previous experience is required . Applicants with experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, front of house, field sales, warehouse operations, call centres, marketing, promotions or other customer-facing roles may find their skills transferable. This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings operate from a Brand Awareness Fee, where applicable, plus commission and financial incentives. Earnings are paid weekly.
This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/College/University), or current international students due to availability, our client is seeking candidates that can work 4/5 full days per week (Mon-Sat)
