Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for an International Moving Consultant on behalf of a leading international mobility business with a global presence.

Due to continued growth, they're looking to grow their UK team.

Working in a consultative sales environment, you'll conduct virtual surveys, understand customers' relocation requirements, prepare tailored quotations and guide them through the booking process, delivering an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.

Key Duties

Conduct virtual surveys with customers planning international moves.

Prepare accurate quotations and tailored moving solutions.

Follow up enquiries and convert opportunities into confirmed bookings.

Provide advice on relocation, shipping, customs and insurance options.

Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales administration.

Requirements

Experience within international removals, relocation, mobility, freight forwarding or a similar customer-focused sales environment would be ideal.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

A consultative sales approach.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.

Additional European language skills (Dutch, French or German) would be advantageous but are not essential.
