The food produce is locally sourced, and we also have a wide selection of English wines
What we are looking for
We are now looking for a Chef de Partie who is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.

The role is live out and therefore the ideal Chef de Partie must be able to travel to and from Maidstone (Kent)
Benefits for the Chef de

Partie:
Salary paid every 4 weeks and therefore receive in 1 year 13 monthly payments
The Chef de Partie will be paid £37,000 per year
(basic salary of £30,000 per year, plus £7.000 service charge)
45 hours per week
