About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for two Level 3 Nursery Practitioners working with children aged 2-4. This is an all-year-round post, working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday at The Thicket, Maidenhead, Berkshire. You will support the delivery of structured play and learning in a safe, engaging environment, helping children develop through a range of activities. The role also includes supporting Extended Day Care when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of children at all times
- Encourage learning through play and engaging activities
- Support children with meals, snacks, and personal hygiene
- Observe and record children's development
- Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment
- Ensure equipment is safe, clean, and age-appropriate
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Attend meetings, training, and support Extended Day Care
Person Specification
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Early Years
- Experience in an early years setting
- Good level of English and numeracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare
