A specialist SEN school in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated and caring MLD Teaching Assistant to join their team.
As an MLD Teaching Assistant , you will:
Deliver 1:1 and small-group support tailored to students with MLD and additional needs.
Help students develop confidence, independence, communication, and active participation in learning.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work alongside teachers and SEN staff to promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
We're looking for an MLD Teaching Assistant who is:
Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young people with additional needs.
A confident communicator with a genuine passion for working within SEN.

- Pay: £93-£110 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
- Contract: Full-time
