We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join a busy, well-organised kitchen. You will play an important role in delivering high-quality, fresh dishes in an authentic restaurant. You will be part of a close-knit team that values standards, good communication, and a shared passion for food.

Responsibilities:

  • Running your section through prep and service
  • Keeping food quality, presentation and portioning consistent
  • Working accurately with allergens, food safety and kitchen records
  • Supporting less-experienced chefs during service
  • Helping with stock rotation, ordering and waste control
  • Contributing ideas for specials and seasonal menu changes
  • Keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready for the next service

Requirements:

  • Recent experience as a Chef de Partie or above
  • Confident working independently and making decisions during service
  • Experience in a fresh-food pub, restaurant or hotel kitchen
  • Calm and reliable when service gets busy
  • Clear communication with both the kitchen and front of house
  • Good working knowledge of food hygiene and allergen controls
