Production Supervisor
£15 per hour - weekly pay
Boroughbridge
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
We are currently supporting a well-established manufacturing client in Boroughbridge as they go through a period of growth. We're looking for an experienced Supervisor to join the business; the ideal candidate will come from a food production or manufacturing environment and can successfully lead a team to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved.
This is a temporary to permanent role, transferring after 12 weeks.

What you'll be doing -
Supervisor a team of operatives within a medium-paced environment
Ensure health and safety is adhered to and team members are trained adequately
Identify and resolve potential hazards on site
Train new staff members, both agency and permanent
Complete production paperwork accurately and effectively
What we're looking for -
Previous experience as a Production Supervisor/Line Leader/Team Leader role in a food production or manufacturing environment
Knowledge and understanding of GMP and health and safety practices
Excellent communicator and can build rapport with the team
Hardworking and driven individual
Ability to manage the team to achieve KPIs and get results
