Using HR data, MI and workforce trends to identify risks, recommend action and support better decision-making.

Supporting compliance with employment legislation, safeguarding expectations, safer recruitment, CQC and Ofsted requirements.

Contributing to organisational change, policy development, manager upskilling and continuous improvement across the People Team.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:
Strong generalist HR experience, ideally in a multi-site, operational or regulated environment.

Confidence managing a varied employee relations caseload, including complex or sensitive cases.

A practical, solutions-focused approach, balancing legal compliance with operational needs.

The ability to build credibility quickly with managers and senior stakeholders.

Strong coaching skills, with the confidence to support, guide and constructively challenge managers.

Good judgement and the ability to assess risk, escalate appropriately and make sound recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain HR matters clearly and professionally.

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Confidence using HR data and insight to identify trends, highlight concerns and influence action.

A values-led approach, with integrity, discretion and the ability to manage confidential information sensitively.

Resilience, adaptability and emotional intelligence when supporting challenging people matters.

A continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to help shape better ways of working.

What We Offer
The opportunity to influence people practices, support organisational change and help managers build engaged, capable and resilient teams.

A supportive leadership team and the chance to make a real difference to the lives of those we support.
