Permanent remote position with a Lutterworth based office (if you would like to go in!). Monday to Friday - 36.25 hours per week. £45,453 per annum.

Our client, a membership organisation, is looking for a new addition to their team. Upon rebuilding their CRM, there is a need for a knowledgeable Dynamics 365 Specialist who will offer technical knowledge to configure, automate and support in the process. This role can be remote or office based/hybrid.

The key responsibilities of a Dynamics 365 Specialist include:

  • Configure, maintain and improve Dynamics 365 CRM and related Power Platform components.
  • Develop, test and maintain CRM workflows, business process flows and Power Automate solutions.
  • Support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for Dynamics 365 support and advice.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues and identify root causes.
  • Manage CRM user access, permissions and security roles in line with agreed requirements.

The skills & qualities needed for a Dynamics 365 Specialist include:

  • Practical experience configuring, supporting and improving Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in an organisational environment.
  • Experience working independently in a small team or organisation - you will be the main source of technical knowledge internally.
  • Experience creating and maintaining forms, views, fields etc., as well as building workflow, business rules and process flows.
  • Good understanding of Dataverse and Power Automate.
  • Organised and methodical, with a careful approach to configuration.
  • Collaborative and approachable, able to work constructively with CRM, IT, Digital, Data and operational colleagues.
  • Happy to communicate with remote colleagues.
