What's involved?

As a Chef de Partie Pastry you would get the chance to work alongside an incredibly talented Head Chef and Sous Chef. You will be responsible for the Commis chefs, preparing food to a high level on a consistent basis in line with current menu specifications. You will be confident in accepting & checking the quality of ingredients from agreed suppliers. Candidates will stand a better chance if they have experience in a similar role, but training and the opportunity to progress within the company is given.
