We are recruiting on behalf of a large social housing provider for a Housing Systems Support Officer to join its Systems & IT function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Omniledger Pyramid user to play a key role in supporting housing management systems, users and data across a large organisation.

Working closely with the Systems & IT Lead, you will provide day-to-day support to Pyramid users, helping to resolve system and data queries, maintain data quality, support testing and contribute to ongoing system improvements and projects.

The Role:
As Housing Systems Support Officer, you will act as a key operational point of contact for users of the Omniledger Pyramid Housing Management System .

Your responsibilities as a Housing Systems Support Officer will include:
Providing first and second-line support to Pyramid users.
Investigating and resolving routine system and data queries.
Supporting users with housing management processes, system navigation and best practice.
Assisting with data cleansing, validation and data quality initiatives.
Supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system changes, upgrades and enhancements.
Liaising with the software provider on incidents, defects and service requests.
Producing and maintaining user guides, procedures and process documentation.
Supporting report validation and data analysis.
Assisting with system administration, configuration and change activities.
Identifying recurring issues, trends and opportunities for system improvement.
Supporting the Systems & IT Lead with projects and operational priorities relating to Pyramid and associated business systems.
We are looking for someone with hands-on operational experience of Omniledger Pyramid and a good understanding of housing management processes and data.

You will ideally have:
Previous experience using Omniledger Pyramid in an operational or support capacity.
Experience within social housing, supported housing, homelessness or a related environment .
A strong understanding of housing management processes and data.
Experience supporting users and resolving system queries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Experience:
TrueContext or similar mobile working platforms.
Business system integrations.
Power BI or other reporting tools.
User acceptance testing, change control or system implementation.
General business application or IT support.
Hardware, workstation and peripheral troubleshooting.
Android devices and Microsoft Intune -managed devices.

Salary: £40,000 £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
