Rullion is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Coordinator to support a major offshore wind project based in Lowestoft. This is a key site-based position, acting as a central point of contact between Site Management, project teams, contractors, suppliers and visitors. You'll play an important role in keeping day-to-day site activities organised, efficient and running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating daily site administration and supporting Site Management
- Collecting, verifying and consolidating project data and reports, including DPRs and KPIs
- Coordinating personnel travel, accommodation and crew changes
- Producing and maintaining crew change manifests and personnel records
- Acting as the first point of contact for site personnel and visitors
- Organising meetings and preparing/distributing meeting minutes
- Maintaining personnel certificates, qualifications and training records
- Supporting PO creation and budget checks where required
- Ensuring administrative activities comply with company procedures and HSE requirements
- Liaising with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and suppliers
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong office/business administration or Site Coordinator experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, particularly Excel and Outlook
- SAP experience
- Confidence working with multiple stakeholders in a busy project environment
- A proactive, self-motivated and service-focused approach
- Previous experience within offshore wind, renewables or construction projects would be highly advantageous
