Location: 7 days on/ 7 days off onsite 06.00am - 18.00pm shifts Lowestoft, Suffolk

Contract Length: 9 Months

About the Role: In this critical role, you will serve as a Coordinator keeping an organised operation. Meticulous attention to detail and excellent Administration and system skills. Precise record keeping between customer and client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meticulous administration of wind farm sites including technical and commercial record-keeping and clear separation of costs between service and warranty activities in line with the customer contract
  • Raise, schedule and allocate planned and unplanned maintenance activities in conjunction with field staff and customer personnel via SAP system
  • Maintain efficient timescales for planned maintenance activities and create daily and weekly plans for site team as required, optimising the deployment of Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs)
  • Control and technical verification within Spiridion SAP system; collation of time data and parts consumption to allow billing and parts replenishment to be initiated
  • Ensure maintenance and troubleshooting activities are aligned to business objectives and customer requirements
  • Co-ordinate the preparation/provision of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) related documentation and ensure all work is carried out in line with UK legislation
  • Co-ordinate record keeping, reporting and documentation archives to support full service and maintenance history

Key Skills / Experience Required:

  • Excellent Administration skills including previous use of SAP
  • Previous experience of working in a manufacturing/ Engineering environment
  • Record keeping/ filing
  • Strong communication skills
  • Planning experience
  • Working cross functionally with different teams preferably field teams and engineers
  • Tech savvy and a quick learner of new systems and processes
