You will play a key role in managing and developing client relationships, working closely with our recruitment teams to ensure workforce requirements are met and helping our clients find the people they need.

The Role

As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will become a trusted partner for our clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring they receive a high level of service. You will work closely with clients and our internal recruitment teams to coordinate recruitment activity, solve problems and ensure vacancies are filled efficiently. You will also have the opportunity to develop existing accounts, identify new opportunities and play an important role in the continued growth of our business.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing strong, long-term relationships with existing client accounts
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients and ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Understanding client workforce requirements and coordinating recruitment activity
  • Working closely with recruitment consultants to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently
  • Monitoring account performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Attending client meetings and site visits when required
  • Keeping accurate records and providing regular updates to clients and internal teams
  • Building trusted relationships with clients and becoming a valued extension of their team

About You

We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys working with people and delivering results. You will be confident communicating with clients, comfortable managing multiple priorities and able to take a proactive approach to finding solutions.

Ideally, you will have:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, account management or a customer-facing role
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, results-driven and solutions-focused approach
  • The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced environment
  • A full UK driving licence

Most importantly, you will be someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships and delivering an excellent customer experience.
