We are seeking an experienced Workday Recruitment Functional Consultant to support ongoing enhancements, configuration, and optimization of our Workday Recruiting platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in Workday Recruiting, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and experience working with modern recruiting technologies including Paradox and HiredScore.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday Recruiting module.
- Design and manage offer letter templates and automated offer generation processes.
- Configure candidate questionnaires, application forms, and recruiting workflows.
- Support and optimize recruiting business processes within Workday.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into scalable Workday Recruiting solutions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, and technical teams to deliver system enhancements.
- Support integrations and functional processes involving Paradox and HiredScore platforms.
- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.
- Provide end-user training, knowledge transfer, and ongoing functional support.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recruiting automation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong functional experience with the Workday Recruiting module.
- Hands-on experience configuring offer letter templates and generation, candidate questionnaires and application forms, and recruiting workflows and business processes.
- Experience working with or supporting integrations involving Paradox (conversational recruiting/chatbot platform).
- Experience with HiredScore (AI-powered talent matching and recruiting analytics).
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday Recruiting solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and user support skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving recruiting process and configuration issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- End-to-end Workday Recruiting implementation and/or enhancement experience.
- Experience with testing, deployment, and user training.
- Workday Recruiting Certification (preferred).
- Experience working within global or enterprise-scale HR environments.
