Were looking for aWeb Development Manager / Development Leadto take ownership of a key web platform and lead a small, talented development team.
This is ahands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who has come from a strong development background but is now looking to combine technical expertise withteam leadership, strategy and stakeholder management.
The role
Lead, mentor and develop a team of around35 developers
Own and drive theDrupal / CMS web platform
Provide technical direction and strategic leadership
Manage external consultants and third-party suppliers
Stay hands-on with development when required
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
Drive continuous improvement across the website and development function
About you
Strong development background with provenDrupal / CMSexperience
Experience leading or managing a development team
Comfortable balancinghands-on technical work with leadership and strategy
Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills
Able to provide technical direction while remaining pragmatic and delivery-focused
