We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect to join our team for a new project involving a private voice over IP system using Cisco Call Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in unified communications and a deep understanding of voice over IP technologies. This is a 12-month contract opportunity. Active MoD SC Clearance is required.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven Experience as a Unified Communications Solution Architect, Unified Communications Architect, or Collaboration Architect.
- Strong expertise in Cisco Unified Communications technologies.
- Knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) environments and migration programmes.
- Experience designing and delivering VoIP migration projects within large enterprise environments.
- Demonstrable Experience reviewing and creating HLDs and LLDs.
- Experience working with legacy platforms and defining migration strategies to modern communications solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
