I'm currently working with a market-leading financial recruitment business that's looking to hire 4 Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join their growing London team. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced recruiters, work in a high-performing team and have a clear route to progressing your career. Promotions are based on performance, not how long you've been there.

The role - Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll become a specialist within the financial markets, managing the recruitment process from start to finish. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Speaking with finance professionals to understand what they're looking for in their next move
  • Building relationships with investment banks, hedge funds and financial institutions
  • Winning new business and growing existing client accounts
  • Headhunting high-calibre candidates for live vacancies
  • Managing candidates throughout the interview process
  • Negotiating offers and handling the recruitment process through to placement
  • Keeping up to date with market trends to become an expert in your niche
  • Building a strong network of clients and candidates that generates repeat business
  • Working towards individual and team targets in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
