The Company - Based in Bank in London city centre, this office is looking to increase from 25 heads to 30 by January 2026. They want bright and motivated individuals to grow their presence in the FinTech sector, hoping to break into the US market in the new year. With their newest hire billing £270k in their first year, this market is booming at the moment and will give you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential.
The Incentives of this Role:
- £28k base salary with an increase to £30k after promotion
- 40% commission structure with no threshold
- OTE Year 1 £50k

The Job Role:
- Mapping the market you work within so you can give clients the best advice on trends and their competitors
- Negotiating with clients and offering your expertise
- Sourcing the candidate they are looking for via cold calling, headhunting and networking
- Organizing interviews for your candidate and helping them succeed in them
- Sorting the contract after their offer
- Earn your commission!
