The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive industry-leading training while learning how to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates
- Interviewing and qualifying applicants
- Writing and advertising live vacancies
- Managing interview processes and candidate feedback
- Building lasting relationships with clients and candidates
- Negotiating offers and securing successful placements
