Looking to start a career in the Water Industry? Finlay Jude Associates are recruiting Trainee Field Technicians to support leak detection activities across the water network. No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, driving, and working independently while developing valuable technical skills in a growing industry.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deploying and retrieving acoustic noise loggers across the water network
  • Collecting and downloading data to help identify water leaks
  • Working independently across the Thames region
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance targets
  • Driving to various locations within your coverage area
  • Carrying out manual tasks, including lifting, stretching and bending as required

  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and reliable approach to work
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
