An established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an experienced TIG & MIG Welder to join their production team. The company specialises in precision-engineered instrumentation for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and industrial manufacturing.

Shifts:
- 40 hours per week Late Shift
- Monday-Thursday: 15:30 - 00:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch, 2x 10-min paid breaks)
- Friday: 11:30 - 17:30 (1x 10-min paid break)
Responsibilities:
- TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel components
- Assemble and weld a range of precision instruments using jigs, fixtures, and manipulators.
- Carry out basic assembly tasks such as pressure testing and leakage testing.
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure a tidy, organised work area.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in developing new production methods.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years TIG welding experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
- Experience with orbital welding or pipe welding
- Experience working with manipulators or turntables
- Skilled in welding stainless steel to a very high standard.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Experience with exotic materials (316, Duplex, Super Duplex).
