They are now seeking a driven Business Manager for their Personal Care Division.
This position will be home based with significant customer visit requirements.
The geographical territory is the UK including visits to the HQ office and laboratories.
This position is a full-time permanent role and will report to the Division Manager.
Key Responsibilities To achieve annual sales and margin budgets for a range of defined speciality ingredients, technical products and services at defined prices.
Promote our clients Ultimate Customer Value and achieve beneficial customer relationships by making frequent customer visits and achieving service levels that demonstrate the Division values.
Develop reasoned based sales activity using Customer Relationship Management software.
Develop key markets across Personal Care, Cosmetics & HI&I including Contract Manufacturers, Brands and Formulators Manage relationships with manufacturing suppliers Qualifications and Experience Educated to BSc level or equivalent in a relevant technical / scientific discipline or equivalent industrial experience.
Seasoned technical salesperson conversant in and knowledgeable of the UK Personal Care & Cosmetic Ingredients market and experienced and known to UK companies and customers Capability to explain and position technical ingredients Dynamic with ability to work at pace following a proven sales development process Able to develop a customers product formulation Business acumen to enhance relationships with Manufacturers Excellent communicator at all levels Determination, energy, tenacity, enthusiasm, loyalty In return, our client is offering a package including a competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (salary is negotiable and dependent on experience) plus benefits which include an expensed company car, five weeks holiday, pension, healthcare and a generous bonus scheme.
