Principal Technical Product Owner 12 month contract Inside IR35 2 days a week onsite Edinburgh or London Job Description The senior Technical Product owner will lead an analysis team through a transformational roadmap following the launch of a new Salesforce stack, shaping the strategic definition and delivery of CRM capabilities across a wider technology ecosystem.
The role combines hands-on CRM analysis, people leadership and senior stakeholder engagement to drive value-focused, customer-centric transformation initiatives.
Essential Skills Extensive experience as a Lead or Principal Analyst within a CRM transformation environment.
Proven background acting as a Technical Product Owner or equivalent role for Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM within a Business OS context, including complex multi-product, multi-segment and multi-channel implementations.
Strong understanding of Communications Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, experience Cloud and Marketing Cloud, or comparable CRM cloud capabilities, and how they integrate within a wider enterprise ecosystem.
Demonstrable experience delivering large-scale CRM transformations, including Saa S and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) implementations.
Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus with senior business and technical leaders.
Proven ability to manage complex programme dependencies and work effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable CRM capabilities, features and user stories.
Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for senior stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration.
A track record of delivering customer-centric solutions and driving continuous improvement in CRM processes and capabilities.
