About The Role
Team- Office of the Group CEO
Working Pattern Hybrid-3 days per week in the Vitality London Office. Full time, 37.5 hours per week.

AsaStrategic Executive Associatewithin the Office of the Group CEO,you'llhelp tackle some of the most important priorities facing Vitality, turning complex information into clear insights, compelling executivepresentationsand actionable recommendations.
We'relooking for someone with outstanding analytical and communication skills who can structure complex problems,identifykeythemesand present information in a way that influences decisionmaking.You'llbe naturally curious, commerciallyawareand comfortable working across a broad range of topics and stakeholders.
You may come from strategy, analytics, actuarial, finance, consulting, technology,insuranceor another environment whereyou'vedemonstratedproblem-solving skills and the ability to createhigh-qualityoutputstailored to an executiveaudience.You embrace AI and proactivelyleverageit to enhance the quality,speedand impact of your work.
The Office of the Group CEO exists to extend the CEO's reach, improve decision-making across the business and create time for theactivitiesonly theGroupCEO can do. This role offers unparalleled exposure to the Group CEO, ExecutiveCommitteeand senior leaders,providingan exceptional opportunity to accelerate your development while making a meaningful impact on the organisation.
Key Actions Produce executive-quality presentations, papers,analysisand communications for senior stakeholders
Investigate strategic,operationaland commercial questions using data,researchand analytical techniques
Produce and coordinate key governance activities, including Board and Executive Committee reporting cycles
Leadand/or supportstrategic projects, managing stakeholders and driving outcomes across multiple teams
Present findings and recommendations in a clear,conciseand persuasive manner
Build relationships with senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively across the business
Leverage approved AI and analytical tools to improve insight generation,productivityand decision support
What do you need to thrive? The ability to simplify complex information and communicate it clearly toexecutiveaudiencesusing PowerPoint and Word
A strongtrack recordof delivering analysis, insight,recommendationsor business outcomes that influence decision making
Strong analytical capability combined with commercial awareness and curiosity
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at all levels
Resilience,adaptabilityand the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with changing priorities
An interest in strategy, business performance and understanding how Vitality creates value for customers,membersand the wider business
Desirable is a strong academic background in Economics, Engineering, Actuarial Science, Finance, Data Science,Mathematicsor a related quantitative discipline
