This is a unique opportunity to join the team during a time of significant growth. The diverse administrative role on offer will be based at Hams Hall and will require the individual(s) to be flexible in all aspects of on-site administration.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage and process all warehouse-related documentation accurately and efficiently
- Support goods-in and goods-out operations, ensuring all paperwork is completed and recorded correctly
- Input and maintain data within Warehouse Management Systems (SAP) and internal systems
- Coordinate with transport, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily operations
- Monitor and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely updates
- Produce operational reports and maintain accurate administrative records
- Assist with inventory updates and stock adjustments where required
- Handle queries relating to deliveries, stock, and operational issues
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies, and health & safety standards
- Support the wider team with general administrative duties
The key requirements of this role include:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a warehouse or logistics environment
- Experience using WMS, ERP systems, preferably SAP or similar platforms
- Excellent organisational skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and oral communication & Team Player
- Microsoft Skills: Excel, Word, Outlook. Basic to Intermediate level
