We're supporting a leading consumer-focused brand in the search for a Senior Social Media & Performance Lead to take ownership of social strategy, analytics and team leadership.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can bridge the gap between social insights and creative execution, ensuring every piece of content is informed by performance and audience behaviour.

What you'll be doing: ?

Leading and developing a social and content team ?

Owning organic social performance across Tik Tok, Meta and emerging platforms ?

Setting monthly, quarterly and annual KPIs and measuring success ?

Turning performance data into actionable content and channel strategies ?

Localising global social frameworks for a UK audience ?

Building a test-and-learn culture across social activity ?

Driving adoption of platform features to increase reach and engagement ?

Ensuring social managers and content creators use insights to inform planning ?

Acting as the go-to expert on social performance for internal stakeholders What we're looking for: ?

Experience managing and mentoring social or content teams ?

Strong background in social analytics, reporting and performance measurement ?

Deep understanding of Tik Tok, Meta and social best practice ?

Ability to build strategy from data and audience insights ?

Knowledge of paid social and its relationship with organic growth ?

Experience within FMCG, consumer brands or social-first businesses preferred ?
