Our client base continues to grow month on month and as a result we are now looking for an Electrically Biased Resident engineer to join us on our upward journey.

ABOUT THE ROLE As the Resident Engineer, you will be permanently based in London.

You will be responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient operation of all building services, delivering Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance and minor remedial works.

WHAT TOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.

Production of quotes, including correct parts and labour times required to ensure profitability, cost control and client satisfaction.

Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.

Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation.

Work in accordance with mandatory, health, safety, compliance and environmental requirements.

Ensure contractual SLA and KPIs are met.

Consistently promote high standards through personal standards.

Liaise with other departments, suppliers and other service providers.

Maintaining site logbooks.

Responsible for compliance and health and safety on site.

Protect the company reputation by ensuring the company is always portrayed in a good light and carrying out any other reasonable duties deemed necessary to ensure the business can fulfil its moral, legal duties and obligations.

Able to communicate efficiently with client and helpdesk and Account management team to any matter arising.

Ensure equipment, tools, parts and company assets are calibrated, maintained and looked after in an appropriate manner.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Preferred NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration / HVAC (or equivalent) F-Gas Category 1 Proven commercial HVAC maintenance experience Good electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills Strong understanding of Health & Safety ACRIB Gold Skills Card (Desirable) Understanding of F-Gas compliance and environmental regulations.

Electrical qualification or knowledge Asbestos awareness (Desirable) Experience working under the SFG20 framework for maintenance schedules.

Experience with larger complex sites, or critical plant systems (e. g. chillers, large AHUs). 5 Years Industry Experience in similar position (Preferred) Air Source Heat Pump (ASHP) or Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) (Preferred) Not Essential Previous LV AP appointment Recognised Level 1 or above in Thermography.

Recognised Portable Appliance Testing qualification Full UK Driving Licence IPAF PASMA First Aid at Work IOSH Working Safely Legionella Training THE PACKAGE Starting salary DOE with annual pay reviews. 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays.
