We're looking for an experienced ServiceNow Platform Owner to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of ServiceNow platforms across multiple client environments. This is a senior leadership role focused on driving platform value, shaping roadmap decisions, and ensuring ServiceNow capabilities align with business objectives and transformation programmes. The individual will typically work as a conduit between the customer and the teams that support and manage the platform, ensuring the correct process and governance are followed.

What You'll Do

  • Own the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
  • Drive platform adoption, optimisation, and value realisation.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Lead cross-functional teams across architecture, development, support, and service delivery.
  • Manage platform performance, continual improvement, risk, and compliance.
  • Oversee demand management, prioritisation, and investment decisions.
  • Support commercial growth opportunities and client success.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Platform Owner, Product Owner, Service Owner, or similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
  • Experience managing complex multi-instance or multi-client environments.
  • Expertise in platform governance, operating models, and service improvement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing at executive level.
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, and governance within enterprise environments.
  • Eligible to obtain UK SC Clearance.

Desirable

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD).
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher.
  • Experience within Financial Services, Public Sector, Defence, or other regulated industries.
  • Experience leading major ServiceNow transformation programmes.
