Sanderson are supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream. This role requires a blend of deep Service Design expertise and strong leadership capability. You'll lead a team responsible for understanding current services and processes, designing future operating models and driving successful transformation delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Service Design workstream across a large transformation programme.
- Drive As Is, To Be and transition state design.
- Lead and develop a team of Service Designers and analysts.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.
- Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.
- Extensive Service Design and process improvement experience.
- Proven experience within large scale transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience leading teams and building high performing cultures.
- Expertise in end to end service design, process mapping and operating model design.
- BPMN experience desirable.
