Location: London (Hybrid) 1/2x per week onsite

Duration: 6 month initial contract

Sanderson are supporting a major transformation programme seeking an experienced Service Design Workstream Lead to take ownership of a critical workstream. This role requires a blend of deep Service Design expertise and strong leadership capability. You'll lead a team responsible for understanding current services and processes, designing future operating models and driving successful transformation delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Service Design workstream across a large transformation programme.
  • Drive As Is, To Be and transition state design.
  • Lead and develop a team of Service Designers and analysts.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure service design activities align with programme delivery and business outcomes.
  • Drive collaboration across multiple workstreams.
Experience Required
  • Extensive Service Design and process improvement experience.
  • Proven experience within large scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience leading teams and building high performing cultures.
  • Expertise in end to end service design, process mapping and operating model design.
  • BPMN experience desirable.
