We are currently recruiting a Service Advisor for our Luton branch to advise customers in relation to their vehicles' service and repair needs, handling all enquiries and ensuring all issues are resolved in a timely manner. The Service Advisor will keep customers up to date on the status of work being carried out, pricing any additional requirements notified by the technician and relaying this to the customer, answering any questions regarding technical problems, warranties, services and repairs.

Working closely with the Service Manager, Customer Experience Manager, Workshop Controller and Technicians, the Service Advisors will demonstrate high levels of professionalism and exceptional customer service at all times to ensure a positive experience whilst maintaining customer retention.

  • Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail
  • Competence in Microsoft packages
  • Flexibility to work long hours including weekends on a rota basis
