The Role

This is a pivotal role within a close-knit, highly successful Project Management division. You will take ownership of high-quality commercial office fit-out and refurbishment projects across London, managing schemes from initial feasibility (RIBA Stage 0) through to final handover (RIBA Stage 7).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of mid-to-large-scale Cat A and Cat B commercial office fit-out projects.
  • Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary project teams, including design consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary interface for prestigious corporate landlords, developers, and global tenants.
  • Establish and oversee comprehensive project programmes, risk registers, and procurement strategies.
  • Administer building contracts (primarily JCT) and maintain strict cost control and project governance throughout the development lifecycle.

About You

We are looking for an experienced, client-facing professional who possesses excellent technical knowledge of workplace design, design coordination, and construction methodologies.

Requirements:

  • MRICS Qualification is essential (Chartered Project Manager, Building Surveyor, or Quantity Surveyor pathway).
  • Proven experience delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs within a London consultancy or real estate advisory environment.
  • Strong knowledge of UK procurement strategies and JCT contract administration.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, solution-led approach with a sharp eye for detail.
