We're looking for Senior Mechanical Site Managers to join our Kier Mechanical & Electrical team based on site in London.
Location: London, Zone 1
Hours: Full Time, Permanent.

As a Senior Mechanical Site Manager you'll be at the heart of our project delivery, ensuring the safe and effective installation of mechanical services.
Working as part of acollaborative team, you'll take the lead on mechanical installations while supporting the broader site management objectives.
This is a hands-on role where your technical expertise and leadership will directly contribute to the successful delivery of projects across various sectors including custodial, commercial, health, and science.
Whatwill you be responsible for?
As a Senior Mechanical Site Manager you'll be working within the Kier Mechanical & Electrical team, supporting them in delivering complex and challenging projects to the highest standards.
Your day to day will include:
Ensuring all site works are carried out safely and in line with Kier standards, project requirements, and UK law
Overseeing the installation of mechanical services, ensuring compliance with specifications and coordinating with other trades
Managing quality control procedures and providing accurate progress updates to the project management team
Guiding and overseeing other supervisors to ensure successful delivery of delegated works packages
Contributing to the identification of project risks and opportunities, taking responsibility for mitigation within your area of control
