We are delighted to be working with an incredibly well-established and highly regarded global real estate business to find them an experienced and ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their prestigious Notting Hill office. You'll be responsible for:
- Negotiating and closing lettings transactions, ensuring professional and efficient service
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing outstanding communication and service throughout the lettings process
- Staying responsive and adaptable to changes in the local market, adjusting strategies accordingly
- Upholding high professional standards and ensuring compliance with all administrative procedures
- Demonstrating comprehensive market knowledge and maintaining awareness of local competition
- Accurately researching market information and presenting findings in a polished, professional manner
